Tasting Notes: A single barrel mixed culture golden sour refermented and aged on lightly pressed gewürztraminer grape skins. Aromas of lemon rind and lychee with a subtle funk. Flavours of white grape and floral honey with a resinous oak character, soft tannins and bright acidity.

Story Behind the Name: Uva means grape in Italian, and Legna means barrel.

Tart German Wheat Beer

Colour: Hazy Bright Yellow

ABV: 4.4%

Suggested Glassware: Teku Glass

Tasting Notes: A tart German style wheat beer fermented with our house culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. It pours a bright yellow with a soft, mousse liike head. Aromas of citrus and white pepper lead to flavours of lemon and spice with a subtle brett funk. The finish is a lovely balance of savoury spice and bright acidity, with a medium body.

What are Black Limes you ask? black limes are limes that have been brined and sundried giving a tart, tangy, citrus flavour profile with a musky fermented undertone.

Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house culture and re-fermented on fresh Lillooet Valley plums. Aromas of ripe plum, red berry and subtle funk leading to flavours of cherry, plum and lemon with a moderate acidity. This beer is can conditioned for brighter character and a smoother mouthfeel.
