Tasting Notes: Aromas of pear and pale fruit with a hint of Brett funk. Flavours of pear, citrus and tropical fruit with a bright acidity and balanced sweetness. Loads of fresh pears from Summerland blended and fermented with our house culture of Brett C and lactobacillus.
