Brewed in celebration of International Women’s Day, we present to you a French 75 cocktail inspired illixir to unbind you. So sit back, relax and indulge in aromas of fresh baked brioche. Enjoy the scent of candied lemon peel, white pepper and melon from the Cashmere hops. Let them lure you toward a mystifyingly herbal and botanical palette of elderflower, black lime and juniper. Crisp to the crush, this dry ale is not all that it seems; Inspired by history and designed for the present. We give you ‘Spell Unbound No. 75’. Proceeds of this staff made beer will be donated to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre, who supports vulnerable self-identified women and their children.
