Tasting Notes: Duomo, which means cathedral in Italian, pays homage to Cologne, known for its famous cathedral and even more infamous lagered ale. Just like the duomi of Italy where people gather, Kölsch beer has brought people together for centuries. It took us 7 years to finally make a Kölsch style beer, and we are incredibly excited to share our interpretation of this historic ale. Duomo incorporates 100% Extra Pale Premium German pilsner malt, Tettnanger hops, and a classic strain of Kölsch yeast. This beer was naturally carbonated and lagered long and slow giving it a very crisp finish with a fluffy lasting head of foam. We get aromas of lemon peel, gewurztraminer, bee pollen and marigold flowers. Low bitterness and a dry finish make this beer incredibly sessionable. Duomo is an excellent beer to share with loved ones over a meal or to crush with friends at the park while watching the sunset!

Suggested Glassware: Teku Glass
Tasting Notes: Made in a modern fashion with pilsner malt and lager yeast, balanced by a layered hopping technique. In this batch we used Strata, Chinook, Talus Lupomax and Citra Spectrum. We get aromas of candied mango, orange blossom honey, fuzzy peach, and overripe papaya, with a juicy mouthfeel and a smooth bitterness.

BAT TO BLACK
Black IPA
Colour: Black
ABV: 6.5%
Suggested Glassware: Ale Glass
Tasting Notes: As the days grow shorter and darker Bat to Black emerges from its slumber. Our take on a old school Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale, this beer tastes like the Pacific Northwest in a glass. Hopped heavily with some of the most classic C hops to give this beer a resinous piney character that balances harmoniously with the chocolate wheat malt. Expect notes of evergreen trees, subtle citrus, dark fruit and roasty chocolate. With a smooth body and full mouthfeel balanced out by a moderate bitterness this beer is meant to keep you warm as the days grow cold.

HERON BACK AGAIN

Tasting Notes: Brewed with a heavy dose of 2023 New Zealand Motueka hops + amplified with Mosaic Lupomax, lager yeast, and lots of wheat to create big tropical aromas and a smooth body. Boasts flavours and aromas of papaya, mango and subtle dankness.

ROSÉ COLOURED GLASSES
Colour: Barrel Aged Raspberry Sour
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Wine
Tasting Notes: The Rosé and Piquette-inspired base is aged on Chardonnay skins from Naramata, which was then rested on Pinot Noir skins and blended local raspberries. Expect Floral aromas of hibiscus and rose petals with an extreme red fruit jamminess that leads to flavours of tart gummy candies and jolly ranchers with a subtle funk and bright acidity.
