DARK ROOM # – BLENDED BOURBOM BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT

Tasting Notes: This second release in the Dark Room Series is a blend of 1- and 2-year aged stouts that were brewed with a mix of barley, oats, wheat and rye to create a rich and full-bodied beer. Both vintages were aged in freshly emptied Bourbon Whiskey barrels to create robust aromas of coconut, vanilla and caramelized sugar with a complex undertone of Whiskey and toasted oak.
