Tasting Notes: Hoppy Feet is a New Zealand-focused Hazy IPA made with heaps of hops from our friends at Freestyle. Fermented with thiolized yeast to enhance the tropical vibes, this beer will have you feeling good as gold. Anticipate aromas of mango, passionfruit, fresh-cut grass and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This rich, full-bodied IPA is bursting with flavours of overripe tropical fruit, hibiscus nectar and citrus zest. It pours a bright yellow, with a dense haze and a fluffy head of foam.

ANIMALE HOUSE – 8th Anniversary Release

Tasting Notes: We had to ask ourselves, how do we take our Animale series to the next level for our 8th anniversary? We figured this special release absolutely requires a wild amount of unconventional hop products, a menagerie of ingredients you’ve never tasted before today. So, welcome to the “Animale House” party – a celebration of everything we’ve learned over the last eight years while experimenting with hop-forward beer. Made with a heavy oat and wheat base for a pillowy body and jam packed with the juiciest hops on planet earth. Chinook Incognito was added on the hot side, then we fermented with a heavily thiolized yeast strain and dry-hopped with loads of Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Citra Lupomax. Expect amplified flavours and aromas of orange juice, guava, and pineapple – fresh from the punch bowl. But wait, the party is just getting started! We also injected a new hop product called Cosmic Guava Euphorics after fermentation to load it with as much tropical fruit character as humanly possible.

Tasting Notes: Go hog wild with this new unique IPA composed of new world and traditional German hops from the Hallertau region and fermented with Kölsch yeast bridging the gap between a crushable lager and a modern, citrus punch IPA. Hedge Your Bets pours a sunny golden copper with persistent head, gentle carbonation and a dry finish. Rolling aromas of peach rings, lemon-lime soda and dried mango lead into a sonic boom of flavour profiles like lavender shortbread, passion fruit and jasmine tea, with gentle wisps of resinous herbal spice. The bold hop character is playful, yet assertive with a smooth bitterness and quill vibes. It’s time to Hedge Your Bets because this IPA is here to stay!.

Tasting Notes: Made in a modern fashion with pilsner malt and lager yeast, balanced by a layered hopping technique. In this batch we used Strata, Chinook, Talus Lupomax and Citra Spectrum. We get aromas of candied mango, orange blossom honey, fuzzy peach, and overripe papaya, with a juicy mouthfeel and a smooth bitterness.

BAT TO BLACK
Black IPA
Colour: Black
ABV: 6.5%
Suggested Glassware: Ale Glass
Tasting Notes: As the days grow shorter and darker Bat to Black emerges from its slumber. Our take on a old school Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale, this beer tastes like the Pacific Northwest in a glass. Hopped heavily with some of the most classic C hops to give this beer a resinous piney character that balances harmoniously with the chocolate wheat malt. Expect notes of evergreen trees, subtle citrus, dark fruit and roasty chocolate. With a smooth body and full mouthfeel balanced out by a moderate bitterness this beer is meant to keep you warm as the days grow cold.
