Suggested Glassware: Ale
Tasting Notes: Alongside heaps of classic West Coast hops like Centennial and Simcoe, this beer features different types of alternative hop products including Chinook Incognito hop extract and Cryo Pop. Fermented with our house lager yeast for a crisp and clean finish that lets the intense hop character burst out of the glass and shine through. We get notes of white grape, spruce tips, pithy citrus, and passionfruit with just enough bitterness for balance which leaves you wanting more at the end of each sip. So just sit back, relax and let this beer transcend you to the sunny beaches of Southern California.

Tasting Notes: In celebration of Black History Month, we bring you this special one-off keg! We used our heavily dry hopped Double Coat, blended it with our house mixed-culture and blackberry puree to create an absolute fruit bomb! Expect full bodied jammy blackberry with a complex resinous hop character that provides highlights of strawberry, and melon.

PARTY ANIMAL HAZY IPA
Colour: Hazy Gold
ABV: 6.5%
Suggested Glassware: Ale Glass
Tasting Notes: A new breed of Hazy IPA. Party Animal diverts and evolves from our Missing Lynx Midwest IPA using a combination of thiolized yeast and alternative hopping methods. Wheat and oats provide a fluffy base for this hop saturated IPA. We scrapped the bitterness and used a new hop product called Incognito to amplify the juiciness. Expect aromas of ripe mango and citrus fruit with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and low bitterness. This juice bomb will have you partying all night long!
This batch was heavily mash hopped and incorporates Citra Incognito, as well as Citra, along with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Motueka to amplify the tropical thiol character.

Tasting Notes: This new style IPA swooped into the scene and it’s making quite the splash! An elegant blend of a clean, crisp lager complimented by the hop profile of a West Coast IPA. Cereal mashed with a large portion of rice and fermented warm with our house lager yeast. It takes off with flavours and aromas of berry, citrus and tropical fruit and lands on a dry, crisp and complex grain character. From here on after, this IPA is here to stay!

COLD IPA
COLLAB WITH POWELL ST BREWERY
Colour: GOLDEN HAY
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Ale Glass
Tasting Notes: This beer was brewed with a massive addition of Galaxy, Eclipse, Comet, and Southern Star hops in the whirlpool, then fermented cold with a German lager yeast strain, and finally double dry hopped with even more of the same hops. The flavour profile is crisp and refreshing with an intensely hop forward aroma and flavour consisting of with citrus, melon, pine, and tropical fruit.
