Tasting Notes: Do you remember your first shandy? No? Neither do we but we certainly won’t forget this one. Our take on a traditional British golden ale with a twist sees copious amounts of lemon peel in the boil, fermented with our favourite kviek yeast and finished with generous amounts of cascade hops from our pals at Myrtle Meadows in the Pemberton Valley. The result is a beer bursting with limonata, undercurrents of ripe tropical fruit and just a touch of grass. A beer to be enjoyed any place, any time.

Hazy Pale Ale

Colour: Hazy Golden

ABV: 5.5%

Tasting Notes: This pale ale pours a hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Flavours and aromas of tangerine and tropical fruit are balanced with a subtle piney earthiness. Fermented with a blend of yeast strains and re-fermented in the can to help create a silky mouthfeel and lasting aroma. Great things happen when cultures are blended!

Tasting Notes: Dry-hopped with a new Australian hop variety, Eclipse, this Brett Pale Ale bursts of citrus fruit with aromas of mandarin and tangerine and flavours of pineapple and tropical fruit.
