Tasting Notes: This low-alcohol, heavily hopped West Coast IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Changing Colours Brewing Project, a crew whose beers we’ve been crushing since they started! So when the chance came to brew together, you know we had to stage dive into an IPA! Built on a backbone of local and German malts, this beer rips with a gnarly blend of Changing Colours’ specially selected Citra hops and Nelson Bliss from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. We even tossed in some Nelson Hop Kief from Freestyle for an extra hit of that hoppy chaos. The result? A bright, crushable banger that hits with bursts of citrus and ripe mango, rounded out by a subtle diesel-like dankness. It’s light on the booze, loud on hops, and built to keep the session rolling!

CAMPAGNA FRANCONIAN KELLERBIER

Tasting Notes: Like the farmhouse fields it’s named for, Campagna is both rustic and refined. Brewed with heirloom German malts and noble hops, this double-decocted lager pours a hazy golden hue with pillowy head from natural carbonation. Bask in aromas of over-proofed brioche drizzled with honey, with hints of herbal spice from the premium hops.

Tasting Notes: A true BC-brewed California Common, this beer is built using 100% local ingredients—Field Five under-modified pilsner malt, Munich malt from Gambrinus and Willamette and Mt Hood hops from Topps Hops. A new beer with old friends Brassneck Brewery.

Tasting Notes: A refreshing sonnet to modern brewing methods, where novel hop products sing harmoniously in tune with the use of premium German malt. Lagered slow and with the utmost care, Novella features Riwaka Amplifire hop oil from New Zealand for a Southern Hemiphere burst of flavour. Delve into aromas of white grape and citrus zest with layered flavours of bright tropical fruit. Light bodied with a snappy finish, Novella is your new ‘happily ever after’ lager for a hop-forward refreshment without all the bitterness. The end.
