Tasting Notes: This new style IPA swooped into the scene and it’s making quite the splash! An elegant blend of a clean, crisp lager complimented by the hop profile of a West Coast IPA. Cereal mashed with a large portion of rice and fermented warm with our house lager yeast. It takes off with flavours and aromas of berry, citrus and tropical fruit and lands on a dry, crisp and complex grain character. From here on after, this IPA is here to stay!

Tasting Notes: Let the biscuity grain character and noble hop spice take you back to simpler times. This German style Pilsner was brewed with 100% pilsner malt and dry-hopped with a moderate dose of Hallertau to create a balance of malt sweetness, a floral and resinous hop profile and balanced bitterness. Best enjoyed in the “slow pour” style to enhance the smoothness and to create a billowy white head.

Tasting Notes: Old world style sour brewing meets new world dry-hopping in this complex, flavourful beer. Blended and fermented with our house culture of Brett C and Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with generous amounts of juicy, aromatic hop varitals. Aromas of tropical and citrus fruit lead to flavours of lemon and pineapple with a subtle brett funk and a bright acidity.
