Tasting Notes: A blend of mixed-fermentation, barrel aged beers re-fermented on fresh black currants from the Fraser Valley. It pours a dark red with a small white head. Aromas of ripe red fruit, floral spice and oak lead to complex flavours of strawberry, lemon, cranberry and vanilla balanced with a bright acidity.

Suggested Glassware: Teku or Wine Glass
Tasting Notes: Rosalba is named after the daughter of 2 of the owners, who in turn, was named after her nonna. A blend of mixed fermentation beers aged in red and white wine as well as Bourbon barrels and refermented on hundreds of pounds of ripe raspberries from the Fraser Valley. The result is a complex, fruity, sour beer that pours a bright red with a soft white head. Bursting aromas of ripe red berries with notes of vanilla and coconut from the wood. Complex flavors of citrus and raspberries with a subtle Brett funk lead to a jammy sweetness balanced by bright acidity.

TART WILD ALE W/ BLACKBERRIES

Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house-culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and re-fermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh Blackberries from the Fraser Valley. This refreshing, vinous beer pours a deep pink with a rose-coloured head. Aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of spice lead to flavours of citrus, plums and blackberries with soft tannins and a bright acidity.

Tasting Notes: Using local raspberries from our friends at G&D growers, this moderately tart beer has lots of jammy sweetness with a hint of lemon citrus. Expect big flavours of raspberry with a delicate funkiness and balanced acidity. Pours a brilliant vivid red with pink head.

Colour: Hazy Bright Yellow
ABV: 4.4%
Suggested Glassware: Teku Glass
Tasting Notes: A tart German style wheat beer fermented with our house culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. It pours a bright yellow with a soft, mousse like head. Aromas of citrus and white pepper lead to flavours of lemon and spice with a subtle brett funk. The finish is a lovely balance of savoury spice and bright acidity, with a medium body.
