This one-off beer was made with freshly squeezed orange juice and vanilla and pours a deep, vibrant orange with soft mousse-like head. Like a beer-mosa, this dessert sour will fill your nose with aromas of fresh citrus zest, and fill your palette with all the flavours you come to expect with a glass of fresh squeeze OJ. TART WILD WITH FRESH CITRUS

Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house culture of Brett C and Lactobacillus and blended with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Aromas of bright citrus fruit lead to flavours of grapefruit, pineapple with a subtle earthiness. The finish is tart, bright and complex with a medium body.

Gin Barrel Aged Apricot Sour Collab w/ Brassneck and Odd Society

ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Wine Glass
Tasting Notes: A blend of Luppolo’s Albicocchina BA Sour with Apricots and Brassneck’s Stockholm Syndrome Foedre Aged Saison, aged in an Odd Society Wallflower Gin Barrel. Aromas of juniper, orange peel and dried fruit which lead to flavours of bright citrus, grapefruit and ripe apricot. Tree Tenors is soft on the palette, with just a hint of acidity and subtle brett funk.

Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house-culture of Brett C and Lactobacillus and refermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh local kiwis. It pours a bright yellow with a soft white head. Aromas of pineapple and citrus fruit lead to flavours of lemon, tangerine and kiwi with a medium body and bright acidity.
