Tasting Notes: Made with 100% local malt from Field Five Farm and featuring Polish Lubelski hops which impart a distinct noble hop character boasting of rooibos tea, spice, orange marmalade and a touch of dankness. This beer is naturally carbonated and has a firm but balanced bitterness from a touch of caramel malt with a rich mouthfeel from the single decoction.

Tasting Notes: Onda, which means wave in Italian, is quintessentially West Coast and showcases our love of blending old traditions with new ones. This West Coast pilsner blends the crisp, clean flavours of an old-world German-style pilsner with the hoppy aromatics of a West Coast IPA. It pours a pale straw yellow with a slight chill haze and a fluffy white head. Aromas of tangerine, tropical fruit, and melon with a subtle floral character roll into flavours of honey, graham cracker, and a gentle bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Tasting Notes: This beer is a collaboration with our good friends Slow Hand Beer Company. Pilsner and buckwheat malts from Skagit Valley create a complex and flavourful, rustic grain character. Floral and spicy aromas lead to flavors of honey and Graham cracker with a subtle grassiness. The finish is a balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness.
