Tasting Notes: Sogno, which means dream in Italian, pays homage to classic American pilsners using a combination of American grown corn and six row barley along with Cluster hops, one of the oldest varieties developed in the States. Expect a full body from the ample amount of corn balanced with a crisp finish and a cloud-like head of foam from the natural carbonation. Relish in aromas of pine needles, freshly baked cornbread, and a hint of honey with a delicate hop bitterness. As a continued testament to our love of lager, we are proud to bring you our version of the American Dream.

Tasting Notes: In celebration of our seventh anniversary, Memoria combines two of our favorite styles of beer. By carefully blending a mixed-fermented Saison aged on white wine grape skins and a Czech Pale Lager, we feel this beer is a great representation of our commitment to craft. Aromas of fresh cut grass, sauvignon blanc grapes and funky tropical fruit lead to flavours of lemon custard and elderflower with earthy and floral notes. The finish is smooth and complex with a medium body and balanced acidity. We are honored to present you this beer and are grateful for your ongoing support, we wouldn’t be here without you.

GREENER PASTURES FRESH HOPPED WEST COAST PILSNER
Colour: Pale Straw
ABV: 5.9%
Suggested Glassware: Pilsner
Tasting Notes: Brewed in celebration of the once-a-year BC hop harvest with hundreds of pounds of fresh Cascade Hops from Barnside Brewing in Delta, BC. It pours a straw yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of melon, lemon, honey and chlorophyll lead to flavours of kiwi, cantaloupe and tropical fruit. The massive amounts of fresh hops added at the end of the boil give this beer a full body and smooth mouthfeel. Fermented with our house lager yeast for a clean, crisp and refreshing finish allowing the hops to shine.

DUST IN THE WIND POLISH PILSNER
Collaboration with The Establishment Brewing (Calgary, AB)

ABV: 4.8%
Suggested Glassware: Krug
Tasting Notes: Made with 100% local malt from Field Five Farm and featuring Polish Lubelski hops which impart a distinct noble hop character boasting of rooibos tea, spice, orange marmalade and a touch of dankness. This beer is naturally carbonated and has a firm but balanced bitterness from a touch of caramel malt with a rich mouthfeel from the single decoction.

ZEITGEIST NORTH GERMAN PILSNER
North German Pilsner
Colour: Pale Straw
ABV: 5.5%
Suggested Glassware: Pilsner
Tasting Notes: Assertive flavours of biscuit, honeysuckle and toasted nuts with tantalising notes of zest, mint and honey. Unlike our house pilsners, this beer features a higher ABV and a much firmer bitterness while still finishing incredibly dry and crisp.
