Tasting Notes: Assertive flavours of biscuit, honeysuckle and toasted nuts with tantalising notes of zest, mint and honey. Unlike our house pilsners, this beer features a higher ABV and a much firmer bitterness while still finishing incredibly dry and crisp.

Tasting Notes: We used a combination of oak and beechwood smoked malt to layer in complex aromas of campfire, charred marshmallow, and mulled spice. Flavours of honey graham cracker enhanced by a single decoction mash with a medium body and natural carbonation.

Brett Saison

Tasting Notes: A mixed culture saison made with a blend of wheat, rye, and spelt. Has gone through a lengthy secondary fermentation with Brett. Expect tropical Brett funk on the nose and classic saison esters of quince, coconut and barnyard funk.

Tasting Notes: This refreshingly light and flavourful Berliner-style, sour wheat beer is fermented with our house culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and conditioned with the peel and juice from a large quantity of fresh lemons. Aromas of freshly-squeezed lemons and subtle spice, lead to flavours of citrus and tropical fruit with a subtle brett character and bright acidity.

West Coast IPA

Tasting Notes: Our take on this classic IPA, is jam-packed with prominent West Coast hop aromas of grapefruit and pine. It takes off with flavours of citrus and tropical fruit and lands on a mildly sweet, malty backbone with a balanced bitterness.
