Tasting Notes: Hoppy Feet is a New Zealand-focused Hazy IPA made with heaps of hops from our friends at Freestyle. Fermented with thiolized yeast to enhance the tropical vibes, this beer will have you feeling good as gold. Anticipate aromas of mango, passionfruit, fresh-cut grass and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This rich, full-bodied IPA is bursting with flavours of overripe tropical fruit, hibiscus nectar and citrus zest. It pours a bright yellow, with a dense haze and a fluffy head of foam.

Tasting Notes: Fermented entirely with wild yeast from the skins of second-use Cabernet Sauvignon grape pomace sourced from Ursa Major Winery in the Okanagan and refermented in the can with locally-made wildflower honey. Pours a plum pink with a prominent rosy head. Enjoy aromas of cherry candy, watermelon rind and rose petals, followed by flavours of juicy watermelon and ripe red currant with a soft minerality and smooth natural carbonation.

Tasting Notes: We used a combination of oak and beechwood smoked malt to layer in complex aromas of campfire, charred marshmallow, and mulled spice. Flavours of honey graham cracker enhanced by a single decoction mash with a medium body and natural carbonation.

FIORE NEW ZEALAND PILSNER

Tasting Notes: Fiore, which means flowers in Italian, delivers a bouquet straight from the South Pacific. A clean and crisp pilsner with a complex malt character, balanced with layered aromas from New Zealand hops. It pours a bright straw-yellow with a fluffy, white, lasting head. Aromas of fresh citrus zest, gooseberries and tropical fruit lead to flavours of honey, graham cracker and subtle notes of white wine with a biscuity sweetness and balanced bitterness. This beer is sure to remain a favourite in our beloved lager series.
