Tasting Notes: Malt-forward beer lovers rejoice! This Dubbel is unlike any other. It pours a deep red with a frothy white head. Aromas of toffee and dark fruit lead to flavours of prunes, plums and caramelized sugar. The perceived sweetness from our house-made candi sugar is balanced with a subtle hop bitterness.Part of this batch will be put into bourbon barrels to age for approx. 6 months and will eventually become our 5th year anniversary release “Evoluta”. It’s the Precursor to what’s to come…

Can-Conditioned with Lillooet Valley Honey
Colour: Pale Straw
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Belgian Tulip
Tasting Notes: Aromas of passionfruit and pineapple, flavour bursts of juicy citrus with an added sweetness from the Lillooet Valley honey. The honey was added in the can conditioning phase for a gentle floral aroma and Champagne-like carbonation.

Foedre Aged Farmhouse with Lillooet Honey
Colour: Golden Straw
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Belgian Tulip
Tasting Notes: A blend of foedre aged beers made with rose petals and Lillooet Valley honey for a touch of sweetness. Lots of stone fruit notes with heavy aromas of tropical fruit. Mild brett funk, balanced bitterness with a bright citrus hop character.
