Tasting Notes: A blend of mixed-fermentation, barrel aged beers re-fermented on fresh black currants from the Fraser Valley. It pours a dark red with a small white head. Aromas of ripe red fruit, floral spice and oak lead to complex flavours of strawberry, lemon, cranberry and vanilla balanced with a bright acidity.

Tasting Notes: Released in celebration of our fifth anniversary, the name Evoluta represents both our evolution as a brewery in our 5 years of operation and the evolution of this beer as it aged in bourbon barrels. A classic Belgian-style Dubbel complimented by the complexity added from the barrel aging process. It pours a reddish brown with a persistent, fine amber head. Aromas of dark fruit, caramel and toasted oak, lead to rounded flavours of prune, vanilla and a subtle roasted character. The finish slightly sweet with a medium body.

Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Sour with Raspberry
Colour: Ruby Red

Tasting Notes: Rosalba is named after the daughter of 2 of the owners, who in turn, was named after her nonna. A blend of mixed fermentation beers aged in red and white wine as well as Bourbon barrels and refermented on hundreds of pounds of ripe raspberries from the Fraser Valley. The result is a complex, fruity, sour beer that pours a bright red with a soft white head. Bursting aromas of ripe red berries with notes of vanilla and coconut from the wood. Complex flavors of citrus and raspberries with a subtle Brett funk lead to a jammy sweetness balanced by bright acidity.

Tasting Notes: Amarena is the result of quality local ingredients, creativity and months of patience. Aged on fresh local cherries in red and white wine oak barrels. It pours a light pink with a silky white head. Lasting aromas of grapefruit, subtle oak and red fruit lead to complex flavours of cherry and coconut with subtle funk and soft tannins. The finish is bright and complex!

Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Sour with Gewürztraminer Grape Skins
Colour: Golden
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Wine Glass
Tasting Notes: A single barrel mixed culture golden sour refermented and aged on lightly pressed gewürztraminer grape skins. Aromas of lemon rind and lychee with a subtle funk. Flavours of white grape and floral honey with a resinous oak character, soft tannins and bright acidity.
Story Behind the Name: Uva means grape in Italian, and Legna means barrel.
