Tasting Notes: Taking inspiration from cuvée wines, which is a blend of a special blend of different varieties of grapes, Arcobaleno, which means rainbow in Italian, is a blend of different mixed-culture saisons that have been barrel aged for 1-3 years. Each barrel was conditioned on a mélange of locally sourced whole fruits including: Aldergrove cherries, Naramata apricots, Fraser Valley raspberries and Lillooet plums. Expect a juicy, vinous fruit character with a bright acidity and a subtle oak complexity.
