Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house-culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and refermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh blueberries from the Fraser Valley. It pours a deep reddish-purple with a pink head. Aromas of blueberry, lemon zest and tropical fruit with a hint of herbal spice, lead to flavours of red berry with a subtle minerality and soft tannins. The finish is bright, dry and refreshing, leaving you wanting more at the end of each sip.
