Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house-culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and re-fermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh Blackberries from the Fraser Valley. This refreshing, vinous beer pours a deep pink with a rose-coloured head. Aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of spice lead to flavours of citrus, plums and blackberries with soft tannins and a bright acidity.
