Tasting Notes: Fermented with our house culture of Brett C and Lactobacillus and refermented with hundreds of pounds of fresh rhubarb from the Fraser Valley as well as a blend of citrus fruits. Aromas of rhubarb, citrus fruit and floral spice leads to flavours of grapefruit, pineapple and black pepper with a subtle earthiness. The finish is tart, bright and complex with a medium body.
