Tasting Notes: This moderately tart beer is fermented with our house culture of Brett C & lactobacillus and re-fermented on hundreds of pounds of freshly picked ripe apricots. Expect jammy sweetness with a balanced acidity and subtle funk. Pours a beautiful apricot-like colour with white head.
