Crafted with hearty cornmeal and top-quality local malt from Field Five Farm, this is a true Canadian pilsner — rich, bold, and unapologetically flavourful. The addition of corn lends a full body, complemented by a crisp finish and a snowy, cloud-like head of foam thanks to natural carbonation. Take in the local hops with aroma of pine needles, warm cornbread straight from our oven, and just a whisper of honey, all wrapped up in a polite kiss of hop bitterness.
