Tasting Notes: Sogno, which means dream in Italian, pays homage to classic American pilsners using a combination of American grown corn and six row barley along with Cluster hops, one of the oldest varieties developed in the States. Expect a full body from the ample amount of corn balanced with a crisp finish and a cloud-like head of foam from the natural carbonation. Relish in aromas of pine needles, freshly baked cornbread, and a hint of honey with a delicate hop bitterness.
