RIPASSO BRETT IPA
With Second Use Apricots
Colour: Hazy Pale Straw
ABV: 6%
Suggested Glassware: Teku Glass
Tasting Notes: “Ripasso” is a term used when a less complex and lighter bodied wine is “re-passed” onto the freshly pressed skind of the bigger and more complex Amarone. Similarily, we took a Brett IPA and added it to the apricots that were used in the Tart Wild. Enjoy an explosion of tropical and stonefruit aromas and flavours, with a nice dry finish. Pours a hazy pale straw colour with white head.
