Tasting Notes: This beer was fermented with our house culture of Brett C and Lactobcillus and then refermented with fresh rhubarb and finished with real vanilla bean. Flavours and aromas of grapefruit, rhubarb, and vanilla with a bright acidity balanced by subtle sweetness and a full body.
