Tasting Notes: Malt-forward beer lovers rejoice! This Dubbel is unlike any other. It pours a deep red with a frothy white head. Aromas of toffee and dark fruit lead to flavours of prunes, plums and caramelized sugar. The perceived sweetness from our house-made candi sugar is balanced with a subtle hop bitterness.Part of this batch will be put into bourbon barrels to age for approx. 6 months and will eventually become our 5th year anniversary release “Evoluta”.
