Tasting Notes: Barrel aged mixed fermentation sour aged in wine barrels on Fraser Valley cranberries for 3 years. Aromas of oak spice, subtle cranberry with a prominent Brett character. Flavours of grapefruit and cranberry with floral notes, soft tannins and a bright acidity.
