Tasting Notes: We took our “Darkness Ablaze” and gave it a long, cold rest in freshly emptied third use whisky barrels that previously held our “Dark Room #1: A Blend of Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts”. Expect aromas and flavours of dark fruit and caramelized nuts with a gentle kiss of smoke.
