Tasting Notes: Biere de Coupage is a blend of a barrel aged beer and a fresh dry-hopped saison. We squirreled away a barrel of our collab with Dageraad from 3 years ago called ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over’ and blended it with a fresh batch of their Field Theory Table Saison. Flavours and aromas of lychee, floral spice and citrus fruit. Bright carbonation and balanced acidity.
