Tasting Notes: This single keg is a harmonious blend of 2023’s Albicocchina Barrel Aged Apricot Sour and Ribes Nero Black Currant Sour, both made with locally sourced fruit. Extremely juicy with intense ripe fruit character. Aromas of ripe red fruit, floral spice and oak lead to complex flavours of stone fruit, brett funk, strawberry, lemon, cranberry and vanilla balanced with a bright acidity.
