Tasting Notes: Prior to lagering in stainless, we transferred a portion of our Festa into freshly emptied third-use bourbon barrels that previously held an Imperial Stout from Temporal Artisan Ales. Slow-lagered in our cold room, this take on our Märzen has a unique bourbon and oak character from the barrel maturation. Distinct notes of charred whiskey, vanilla and toasted marshmallow.
