Tasting Notes: A Tavola!, which means “to the table” in Italian, is a Petite Saison and the perfect companion for these waning last days of summer. It incorporates a menagerie of different malts – rye, wheat, spelt, and oats as well as heritage black barley from Field Five Farm. Hopped with Noble European varieties in the kettle, fermented with a single strain of French yeast and naturally carbonated in the can for a fluffy head of foam. Aromas of honey crisp apple, wildflower honey, black pepper and pale fruit. Extremely effervescent, with a light minerality and gentle bitterness. A tavola non s’invecchia!
