Tasting Notes: This beer is a collaboration with our good friends Slow Hand Beer Company. Pilsner and buckwheat malts from Skagit Valley create a complex and flavourful, rustic grain character. Floral and spicy aromas lead to flavors of honey and Graham cracker with a subtle grassiness. The finish is a balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness.
